Our values: love, competition, and expression
Beyond our mission, TSOMFUTBOL is guided by fundamental values that instill a deep love for the game while creating a competitive environment. We teach players the idea of expressing yourself through soccer, fostering creativity and confidence on and off the field.
Meet our head coach: Haji Abdikadir
Head Coach and Program Director Haji Abdikadir is a former Gatorade Player of the Year in high school who went on to compete at the Division I level with the University of Louisville. During his time with the Cardinals, he played a key role in helping the program capture its first-ever ACC title in school history.
Following his collegiate career, he played professionally both domestically and abroad, with experience in Spain and Ireland. He also earned international recognition, making his senior debut for the Somalia national team and competing in FIFA World Cup and AFCON qualifying matches.
His extensive playing background at elite levels, combined with his deep understanding of the game, informs his approach as a coach. He leads with professionalism, passion, and a strong commitment to player development and high-performance standards across the program.
Building confidence, one player at a time
Having just kicked off two years back, the individual confidence of our players is our real testimony. While we're still collecting long-term success stories, we see daily how our training helps players grow, believe in themselves, and excel in their soccer journey.
